Responsibilities and Duties

Perform regular accounting activities including recording of Sales, Expenses, Reconciliations of Bank and Credit card accounts, Periodical Reconciliation of General Ledgers,

Coordination and compilation of Accounting data for MIS, and helping CA Team to prepare financial or other reports as necessary.

Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management/ CA Team

Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in Accounting Systems

Oversee taxes and abide by tax compliances in coordination with CA Team

Oversee Billing, Compilation & Reporting of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales

Regular Monitoring & Reconciliation of Vendors & Customers Accounts

Calculate and record expenditures,

Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Accounting or related field preferred.

2. 1+ year relevant work experience.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

4. Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Ability to learn & understand Billing Software.
