Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when
necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 1+
years of related experience
Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost
Accounting Standards
Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to
enable efficient data gathering and analysis
Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves
Strong organizational and communicational skills
Detail oriented
Work Experience in Factory/Manufacturing background preferred
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
He/she must have experience in GST and other necessary monthly filing
