Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced or fresher, but skilled accountant cum operations executive to manage our daily operations related to Accounting, logistics, order processing, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Accounting, GST and Tally software and be able to handle all accounting and financial operations for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations related to logistics, order processing, and manufacturing

Maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements, and handle accounting operations using Tally software

Maintain GST & accounting records.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely delivery of products

Plan and execute production schedules, ensure quality control, and manage costs

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required

Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting

Experience in accounting and operations management would be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Understanding of GST rules and regulations

Proficient in using Tally software for accounting and financial operations.

Knowledge of logistics management, inventory management, and order processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
