o Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
o Implement accounting systems and processes.
o Reconcile income statements.
o Prepare monthly financial reports.
o Control the master data of the general register.
o Review and release online banking payments.
o Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
o Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
o Manage the full financial process.
o Prepare an expense budget report.
o Implementation of ERP system for the company
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• More education or experience may be preferred
• Special licenses or certification may be required
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes
• Ethical behavior
• Attention to detail
Experience: 8 to 12 year
Salary: 3 lpa to 4 lpa
