Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting. (Preferable industry experience architectural/construction/contractor/Engineering industry)

Job responsibilities and duties:

Day to day accounting work of a private limited company. (including the following;)

Managing office stock and warehouse stock, preparing regular reports (attendance, salary, expenses and other documentation work).

Invoicing, maintaining accounting data in Tally. Payment follow ups, expenses and vouchers.

Document financial transactions by entering account information in Tally.

Drafting documents and answering telephones, as well as general administrative jobs.

Skills needed:

Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.

Proficiency MS office (word/excel/powerpoint/etc).

Communication skills. Office administrators will be required to have proven written and oral communication skills.

Filing/paper management.

Good communication and soft skills.

Quick learner and ability to adapt to organizations goals and responsibilities.

Should be good at Multi-tasking.

Must be well aware of the accounting of a pvt ltd company, gst, tds, works contract, eway bill, etc.

Multi-tasking.
