ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to handle accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, various report generation, etc.

2. Responsible to calculate salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings.

3. Responsible to do Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis.

4. Responsible to pay monthly payment of Service Tax / PTO.

5. Responsible to file Service Tax Returns / PTO Returns.

6. Responsible for documentation direct / indirect tax, law legal, filing report, follow up, etc.

7. Should take care of administrative related activities such as framing disciplinary process / procedure, communicating to the employee, etc.

8. Responsible to provide costing / estimation / quotation.

9. Responsible to track various status such as internal, activity related, etc.

10. Any other job or special tasks that the company may assign from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification Degree/Diploma in related field.

Working knowledge in Tally ERP 9 software.

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel and power point, etc).

Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skills.
