Position Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, managing invoicing processes, and assisting both internal and external stakeholders with accounting-related queries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording daily transactions such as sales, purchase, incoming payments in accounting system

Reconciliation of accounts and inventory

Sharing of invoices and ledgers to external stakeholders and follow up on payments

Assist the internal stakeholders in solving any accounting related query

Review and finalization of all accounts.

Qualifications:

Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

Hands-on experience with accounting software (9/Prime preferable)

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
