Job Title: Office Executive - Accountant

Location: Yamunanagar Industrial Area, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Skills:

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Strong knowledge of accounting and Tally

- Familiarity with net banking and payment portals.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute billing processes accurately and efficiently

- Handle and reconcile net banking transactions and operations on payment portals

- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers using Tally

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed

- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline accounting procedures

- Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

- Must be a local candidate residing in or near the Yamunanagar Industrial Area

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
