JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS MANAGER (ACCOUNTANT)

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 2+ Years

Timings: 12-3 PM or 3-6 PM (Monday to Saturday �� Work From Office)

JOB SUMMARY

Tennis Premier League (TPL) is India��s biggest tennis league, bringing together top talent,

franchise teams, and an engaging sports entertainment experience. We are expanding our

team and looking for a skilled Accounts Manager (Accountant) to handle financial operations

and ensure smooth financial management within the league and App.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

�� Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts

receivable, and general ledger entries.

�� Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of bank

statements.

�� Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports as per statutory

requirements.

�� Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management.

�� Process invoices, payments, vendor reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.

�� Coordinate with external auditors for audits and financial reviews.

�� Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory financial requirements.

�� Support financial planning, sponsorship revenue tracking, and cost management for

TPL related events.

�� Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to track budgets and financial

efficiency.

�� Monitor and maintain an accurate record of office inventory related to TPL and TPL

App.

�� Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely payments for both

TPL and TPL App.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

�� Bachelor's or Master��s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

�� 2+ years of experience in accounting.

�� Proficiency in accounting software.

�� Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial compliance regulations.

�� Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
