Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Maintain and manage accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Prime.
Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reconciliations.
Taxation Compliance:
Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely submission.
Handle TDS compliance, calculations, payments, and filing of TDS returns.
Oversee TCS processes and ensure compliance as per regulations.
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
Auditing & Reporting:
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by management.
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and updates on new tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter or MBA in Finance preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Tally, GST, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST rules, and TDS/TCS regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
