We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Accountant cum Telecaller. This dual-role position will involve handling accounting tasks while also engaging with clients through telecalling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.

Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.

Telecalling:

Engage with clients and potential customers through outbound calls.

Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries.

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Document client interactions and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (preferred but not required).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
