Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Day to day bookkeeping & finance duties keeping current & historical accounting pending tasks up to date.
• 360-knowledge & understanding of customer billing, technology revenues, and technology purchases
• Costs & purchase management in visual terms
• Driving day to day accounting functions & up to-date ledgers
• Commercial negotiations & take the lead in improving purchase lines across Vendors, distributors alike.
• Liaising with the wider teams responsible for the dispatch of company hardware to ensure all purchases deliver end outcomes, & any returns are closely tracked to avoid revenue leakages!
• Log all stationery and other office essentials on Stock Smart-sheets, reporting, internal ERP systems.
• Complete management of Company hardware purchases, active contribution in success behind revenue & purchasing processes in close conjunction with wider teams in order to achieve common company goals.
• Any other high-level finance 360 role duties as requested.
Essential requirements:
● Has gained a recognized finance qualification.
● Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, office applications, Word, PC or Laptop, accounting & ERP platforms for a minimum of 2 years.
● Xero Bookkeeping knowledge or equivalent for a minimum of 24 months is essential.
● Previous bookkeeping administration experience in an office environment (24+months)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills as relevant
● Team player at all times who is willing to fit within a team culture and has a high sense of loyalty towards work duties.
