Job Description - Candidates will be broadly working in following practice areas:

- Direct-tax compliances (Income-tax return filing, advance-tax computations, among

others);

- Serving retainer clients on need basis (including monthly MIS services, reviewing books

of accounts and suggesting solutions);

- GST Compliances (involving monthly and annual returns);

- Merger implementations

- Bank/NBFC Concurrent Audit;

- Valuation under Income-tax rules;

- Company law compliances;

- Statutory audits;

- Corporate tax planning and tax structuring advisory services; and

- Other compliance and regulatory services
