Accounts cum Admin Female Only
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting duties
Assist with account payable & receivable
Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Create and update expenses report
Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers
Inventory control
Perform yearly stock take
Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters
Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation
General administrative duties
Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
