Job Profile:
• Preparation and filling of GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2A.
• Handling Daily Sales, Purchase, Expense, Bank entries in Medica and Tally
• Pushing Purchase data into tally through excel using Medica Import facility.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Payment to creditors .
• Scrutiny of Debtors & Creditors.
• Preparation of Payroll, TDS Calculation.
• Collecting purchase orders, preparing and issuing invoices to customers.
• Issuing monthly customer statements and sending reminders to customers for payments.
• Inventory maintenance and updating inventory records.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Inspection and preparation of stock statements.
Managing housekeeping staff and supplies.
Generation of attendance of office employees.
Managing packing, logistics and courier vendors and payments as per company approvals.
