Accountant

Lakshmi North East Solutions (LNES)

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and trial balances.

- Record all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers for courier and transport services provided.

- Process and track accounts payable, including payments to vendors, service providers, and other external parties.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, including VAT, service tax, and other relevant taxes.

- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages to employees.

- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they align with the budget and are within approved limits.

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that bank statements match company records.

- Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve any issues related to transactions, such as payments or deposits.

- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by ensuring all financial records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.

- Utilize accounting software and tools (., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) to manage financial data and generate reports.

- Monitor cash flow on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.

- Track and manage company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and other resources used in courier and transport operations.

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
