1 Tally Entries:
Proficiently handle Tally entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Record and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
2 MS Office:
Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Generate and maintain financial reports using Microsoft Office tools.
3 Trail Document Maintenance:
Maintain & check meticulous records of all financial transactions, including payments, sales, income, and expenses.
Organize and manage trail documents to facilitate auditing and financial analysis.
4 Tax & Legal Compliance:
Demonstrate a sound understanding of TDS regulations and ensure timely and accurate filing.
Proficiently handle GSTN-related tasks, including filing returns and reconciling discrepancies.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to accounting and finance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in financial transactions.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting roles in a reputable company/firm.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office applications.
Familiarity with TDS, GST, and other relevant laws.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
