team. As an Accounts and Payroll Associate, you will assist in maintaining financial

records, processing payroll, and supporting various accounting functions. This is an

excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and databases.

● Support the preparation of monthly financial statements.

● Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.

● Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

● Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and reports.

● Provide support for audits and financial reporting.

● Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects.

● Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and financial matters.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing a degree).

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
