Salary Range: 12,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing comprehensive financial insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

- Handle payroll processing and other related financial activities

- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation

- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making

- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

- Proven experience as an Accountant is preferred, with a demonstrable increase in responsibility and complexity of tasks

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

- The salary range for this position is 12,000 - 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

- Salary hike will be based on the current salary for experienced candidates.
