Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of financial activities, including GST filing, TDS, payroll management, ESI, EPF, audit procedures, and day-to-day Financial and banking activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
Handle TDS deductions, filings, and compliance.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries.
Administer ESI and EPF contributions and updations.
Coordinate and manage audit processes, including internal and external audits.
Handle day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Manage banking activities, including transactions, reconciliations, and relationship management with banks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Thorough understanding of GST filing, TDS, payroll processing, ESI, EPF, audit procedures, and banking activities.
Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho book and MS Office .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
