We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the companys E-Invoicing, GST Payments, TDS, and Income Tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company remains compliant with all financial regulations and tax laws while handling day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Invoicing:

Manage and generate e-invoices for various clients and projects.

Ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.

Maintain records of all invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

GST Payments & Filings:

Handle the preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns.

Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities and proper documentation.

Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

Handle the computation, deduction, and timely payment of TDS.

File TDS returns and ensure compliance with the Income Tax Act.

Issue TDS certificates and manage queries related to TDS.

Income Tax:

Manage the preparation and filing of company income tax returns.

Assist with income tax audits, assessments, and notices.

Ensure compliance with all Income Tax regulations and maintain proper documentation.

General Accounting Tasks:

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledger, journal, and vouchers.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for financial audits and tax assessments.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA certification is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum [X] years of experience in accounting with a focus on GST, TDS, and income tax-related tasks.

Proven experience in managing e-invoicing and compliance.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST regulations, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

Proficiency in accounting software (., Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
