Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analyses.
Process and review invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and support audits.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
