Urgent opening for Accountant in Service Provider Company @ Zirakpur Punjab.

Experience - 4 to 5 Years in Accounts GST/TDS , statutory audits

Salary - 35,000 per month

Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce & Finance

Male Candidate

Job Profile

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.

Handling day-to-day accounting

Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

Handling all banking related works

Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email

Handling and filling GST/TDS is the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description

Preparing profit and loss statements

Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

Handling petty cash

Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Performs other duties as assigned by Reporting Head.

Facilitate all statutory audits for the company

Knowledge of Tally ERP

Prepare accounting entries and Reconcile general ledgers
