We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data. Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with relevant tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during the audit process.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Maintain and reconcile petty cash and employee expense reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
