Madhuloka The Liquor Boutique is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing financial documentation

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements

Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections

Support the annual audit process and liaise with auditors as required

Stay updated with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends, including knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations
