Job Description

- All vendor purchase bill entry in system and making payment in system

- Bank reconciliation and payment posting in company system and tally

- Arrange all HR related activities interview schedule and follow up till joining

- Employee Attendance, Salary, Leave, EPF, ESIC ETC

- Digital marketing activities include prepare flyer, social media update, arranging events in office

- Complete handling for all administration related activities like documents filing and storage as per job wise, Tea Coffee, Courier, light etc

- All outside office related activities like B/L collection, B/L and invoice handover to customer, COO preparation

- Office outside banking related actives for cheque deposit, payment collection from customer, DD preparing, Bond preparation etc
