Position Summary: seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Tally, sales and purchase processes, stock management, banking procedures, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP software.
Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
2. Sales and Purchase Management:
Record and process sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and payments to suppliers.
Reconcile sales and purchase accounts regularly.
3. Stock Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
4. Banking and Financial Transactions:
Manage banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
Process payroll, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
5. Record Keeping and Compliance:
Maintain organized records of all financial documents and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing for audits and providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
Strong understanding of sales and purchase processes, stock management, and banking procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
