We need a point of contact between the operational team and the final customer. The skills desirable for the ideal candidate are as follows:
1. People / Relationship Management Skills: Ability to manage client expectations and give them accurate information without over-promising or being eager to please. . not a sales mindset but an operational mindset.
2. Email typing proficiency: Writes crisp emails without making grammatical in a fast and efficient way.
3. Basic excel skills: Reasonable grasp of using excel to create customer query logs and related information that needs to be shared to customer in excel format.
4. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills: Our workplace is very busy and you will be required to access timely information from various colleagues to be shared with a client who demands an update on their job status. The candidate must be ready to work in a fast-paced workplace and be able to think on their toes!
A suitable candidate's salary will be decided based on a 4-6 month probational period and subject to their individual levels of talent, skills and the value they add to our organization.
