Job Description

Operation Executive/Account Executive

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Maintain complete knowledge of, or where to access to following information: a) all hotel features/services, hours of operation. b) All room types, numbers, layout, c) All room rates, special packages, and promotions. d) Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures. e) Room availability status for any given day. f) Scheduled daily group activities.

Daily checks of revenue via an Operations Audit reports as per hotel standards such as (Audit Journal, City Ledger, Account Receivable, Housekeeping & Daily Productivity report).

Data punching in the portal to make the system up to date,

Reconcile and monitor commissions, Purchasing, housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets and Recommend improvements to processes as required. (Depends)

Processing of invoices, bookkeeping, accounting entry.

Audit Rooms Cashiers work and correct discrepancies.

Audit all miscellaneous charges. (Banquets, Bars, etc.)

Verifies package postings on house accounts.

Also, cross verifying the franchise commissions like booking, Expedia & Hotel .com along with daily forecast report.

Review Night Audit checklist and verify that all work has been completed.

Document maintenance needs on work orders and submit to Manager/Supervisor.

Completes and transmits daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents; prepares customer tracking report, Guest review report, Hotel revenue report necessary to ensure the accurate accounting of hotel revenues and expenses.

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Note: Other duties as assigned by Team Manager or Management
