Profile- Accounts Manager

Qualification- CA/ CMA/ CWA/ & M. Com or MBA with minimum 14 + years of Delhi NCR experience

Responsibilities:

Day to Day accounting and bookkeeping Filing of GST and other Statutory Obligations Maintaining books of accounts, balance sheets, financial statements.

Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts.

Keeping record of GST, Income tax and all required compliances for running Rental services company.

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

Liaise with external parties, such as auditors and tax consultants to always ensure successful audit results and compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Involved in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all transactions incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and preparation of monthly reports.

Perform daily bank reconciliations, analyze and evaluate the discrepancies and Coordinate with other finance team members to ensure the best treatment to the book transactions.

Ensure all tax items are properly calculated, accurately paid, and filed timely, including preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual taxes and tax claims.

Manage the Accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

Coordinate training programs for new staff for the accounts department.

Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax returns.
