Job Summary
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, an Account Manager role requires good client relationship skills, negotiation skills and to keep track of the IT industry trends.
Essential Functions
Managing Contract Tracking and Invoice Tracking for all the client accounts and working closely with the Senior Account Managers
Generating news report on the Accounts handled and publishing it to Top Management
Working on formulating and maintaining various documentation for the fortune 100 clients that we support
Managing different manpower request activity sheets and CRM
Take Profit & Loss responsibility for fortune 100 customers
Taking ownership to grow revenue at existing key accounts and mine new accounts and Customers
Interaction with Pre Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to get the work done
Taking Ownership on key metrics such as Project Profitability and Revenue growth
Bottom line accountability for Governance and Customer Satisfaction in Project interactions
Overall portfolio of projects carried to be over $500k in revenue per month at the least
Initiation and delivery of projects in conjunction with dedicated DMs or shared DMs
Fair evaluation of the team and eliminating constraints towards successful project execution
Maintains high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
