#### **Job Overview**:

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. This role involves project management, account development, and strategic planning to ensure clients needs are met while maintaining a high level of service.

#### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

- Communicate effectively to understand client needs and ensure they are met promptly.

- Address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

2. **Account Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans for client growth and retention.

- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional services.

- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing campaigns or projects to ensure success.

3. **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects and services are delivered on time and within scope.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

4. **Sales Support**:

- Assist with the creation and presentation of proposals and quotes.

- Support business development efforts and contribute to client acquisition strategies.

- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients.

5. **Account Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor the performance of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
