Role Overview:-

The Senior Accountant will manage our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales and purchase bills, handling GST, TDS, and TCS, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Your role will involve using Tally and Zoho WorkSpace for effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Record Management:

Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers.

Recorded and managed sales and purchase bills daily.

GST, TDS, and TCS Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations and prepare necessary documentation.

Manage GST returns, and TDS/TCS filings, and ensure timely payment of taxes.

Must have knowledge of E-Way billing and Tally.

Reporting and Analysis:-

Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports.

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategy.

Tally and Zoho Workspace Management:

Use Tally for invoicing, reconciliation, and generating financial reports.

Leverage Zoho Workspace for documentation and financial management tasks.

Budgeting and Forecasting:-

Assist in the creation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations.

Compliance and Auditing:-

Ensure adherence to accounting policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Workspace.
