● Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, understanding their business
objectives, and aligning them with the digital marketing services offered by the
company.
● Conduct thorough assessments of clients' marketing needs and goals,
understanding their target audience, industry, and competitive landscape.
● Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing specialists, to develop
strategic digital marketing plans tailored to meet the unique requirements of each
client.
● Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring
effective and transparent communication.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
● Strong organizational skills or project management.
● Good practical understanding & ability to learn new software and hardware
quickly.
● Public relations, community management, marketing, and sales experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
● Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising
agency.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
insights.
● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
● A proactive approach to client management, anticipating needs and offering
strategic solutions.
● Shift Timing : Monday to Saturday-10 am - 7 pm (day Shift) & 7:45 Pm - 4:45 Am (night Shift)- Candidate should be okay for both shifts.
