- Responsible for selling and marketing Babyhug products to pharmacies, medical shops, and hospitals.
- Ensure the required number of daily calls to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads for the company by creating a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling.
- Responsible for collections related to the sales made.
- Engage prospective clients through calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements and appropriately set up meetings.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company��s customer base.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage New Product Launches, Distribution, and Visibility.
- Plan and execute Sales Promotion activities and Worksite activities to enhance product visibility.
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales.
- Conduct hospital visits (Pediatric/Gynecology) to manage the distribution of FC boxes.
- Collect and maintain records of box distribution.
- Maintain positive relations with nursing and hospital staff to ensure hassle-free distribution.
- Report directly to the Regional Manager (RM).
