Job Overview: As a Remote Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of all projects by coordinating with team members. You will be working remotely, using various communication tools to liaise with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships with them
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that the team delivers the best possible solutions to meet their needs
Create and maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time
Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress and identifying any issues or concerns
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects
Collaborate with team members to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and deadlines
Ensure that all project documentation and files are kept up-to-date and organized for easy access
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience with project management software and tools
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and advertising is preferred
You need to have your own Laptop/PC and a good internet connection.
You will be available to start work at 5 AM India time. Though it might not be necessary, it will be good if you can.
