Roles and Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of basic accounting of Accounts Payable bills (Purchase related) and Accounts Receivable bills (Sales related).
Should be able to verify, review the bills for further processing of payments and maintaining the verification registers for analysis.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies & procedures of Internal Finance Controls.
Sales quotation, invoice generation.
Maintenance of daily reports on sales, purchases, customer payment receipts, and invoices.
Should able to handle GST, ESI/PF, TDS filings & other statutory requirements with the help of a chartered accountant - (Fresher should be able to learn all this)
General Office administration activities
Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
Printing and photocopying
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining office systems
Helping the HR Team
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or more.
Good communication skills.
Good team player, being active and enthusiastic to learn more.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
Basic knowledge of GST.
