Job Description:
• Prepare & maintain accurate Book Keeping for all our clients in India & US
· Verify, post & manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare Financial Statements
• Preparation & filling of statutory compliances (Direct & Indirect Tax)
· Checking Vendor Payments & Third-Party ledger reconciliation
• Complete time-sheet daily
• Ensure clients consistency in accounting is in line with our service standards
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all client’s financial situations
• Maintain current and accurate files, records and notes of any actions
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping & finalization of accounts
· Knowledge of basic financial, tax and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems
· Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally
• Adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of US Accounting (Preferred)
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
