Job Description & Responsibilities tasks

Provides financial information to management by preparing reports.

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports.

Maintain purchase, sales and stock data

Maintain updated database of vendors / suppliers.

Ensure updated monitoring of recurring utility expenses & payments

Document financial transactions by entering account information

Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information

Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen

internal controls

Skill Set Required

Basic knowledge of operating computer

Proficiency in MS Office

Interest in accounting

Personal competences

Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounts majored subjects.

Good listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English & Hindi.
