Job description: Accounts Executive
The accounts executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and records for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable: Processing and tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up with customers or vendors to ensure payments are made or received on time.
2. Maintaining financial records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
3. Preparing financial statements: Compiling financial data and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations: Staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and ensuring the company is following all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Supporting budgeting and forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
Desired Skills/ Qualities: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Should be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Educational qualifications: ,
Experience of minimum 2 years as an account executive in a similar role in the agricultural industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally, and other basic accounting softwares.
