Position Summary

The role requires the incumbent to:

• Good knowledge of the following

o Tally ERP 9

o GST Act (including filing of returns)

o Income Tax Act along with TDS

o Profession Tax

o PF (Providend Fund)

o Net Banking

o Shop & Establishments Act

o MS Office (specifically Excel & Word)

Skills and Competencies

• Should be well versed with the operation of Tally

• Should have good knowledge of the GST rules and regulations

• GST R1 and GST R3B

• Reconciliation of GST R3B

• Filing of Profession Tax and Provident Fund Returns

• Online payment of various taxes

• Downloading of Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, etc

• Should have good communication skills

• Should be able to draft emails independently for external and internal communication

• Should be people friendly
