Job Description*:

· Reconcile Account ledgers of vendors, clients, and job work challans on regular basis.

· Reconciliation of bank every day

· Prepare reports such as vendor payment sheet, debtors outstanding on weekly basis

· Sales tax assessment Delhi for previous years

· Authenticate financial documents by auditing documents

· Guide account assistant by coordinating accounts entries and other activities for

smooth functioning

· Preparing vendor payments by verifying documentation

· Prepare Sales Data monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.

· Comply with government legal requirements by preparing GST Returns, TDS and other

related returns timely

· Comply with banking legal requirements and formalities

· To cross audit Rai accounts

· Maintain financial security of data and information
