Responsibilities:
Develop a basic understanding of accounting concepts such as generating quotations, processing invoices, handling purchase orders, bank reconciliation, and GST filing.
Acquire a basic understanding of the process involved in generating shipping labels.
Familiarize yourself with order processing platforms like Shopify and learn how to navigate and utilize its features.
Use of basic Excel functions to assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
Upload new products to the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
Assist in managing inventory, returns and updating product availability on the Shopify platform.
Interact and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide assistance in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with concepts such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, bank reconciliation, and GST filing.
Knowledge of how shipping labels are generated is preferred.
Ability to navigate and utilize order processing platforms like Shopify
Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
