We at YatriBiz Private limited is Hiring for below position:

Designation: Accountant cum Credit Controller

Job Description: -

Manage all accounting transactions and Handling day-to-day accounting.

Follow-up for receivable & Payable report, Generate Inward, Outward report.

Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

Ensure timely bank payments with Bank Reconciliation, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Vendor Reconciliations.

Prepare monthly return data (GST, TDS)

Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.

Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them.

Preparing profit and loss statements.

Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.

Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company Ensuring timely payment of debts

Following up payments as needed and Responding to relevant client enquiries

Chasing overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email

Creating weekly debtor reports and accounts information for internal departments

Keeping detailed records of collection activities and conversations

Building and maintain string relationships with debtors

Qualification:

Preferred Skills Required:

Good knowledge of TDS, GST and PT Compliances

Knowledge of Internal Auditing and Income Tax

Experience with Tally ERP Prime

Work experience as an Accountant

Advanced MS Excel skills

MS Office

Looking for Male Candidate

Western line Candidate are preferred.
