01) Maintaining day to day accounting in Tally 9 ERP & Prime package & in Excel

02) Maintaining site wise incomes & expenses in excel sheet

03) Reconciliation of Bank and Parties, preparation of outstanding Receivable & Payables.

04) Preparation of Various Banking works like LC (letter of credit), BG (Bank Guarantee) etc. and various accounting documentation work.

05) Preparation of Salary wages calculation and payments.

06) Handling Petty Cash.

07) Maintaining Bank Guarantee statement and updated dead and alive BG with proper coordination With bank & clients.

08) Attending the Auditors.

09) All types of Banking Work and follow up for various documents

10) Maintaining Vendors payments.

11) TDS Compliance

12) Recording tax entries . GST, TDS etc. in tally.

13) Preparation & Filling of GST Working and GST Returns for various kind of assesses

14) Using multiple software like Excel, Tally ERP & Prime & Zealit (In house software)
