Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.

Sales and Negotiation:

Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions to achieve favourable outcomes for both clients and the company.

Collaborate with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Financial Management:

Prepare and present financial proposals to clients.

Monitor and manage financial aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Documentation and Compliances:

Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the preparation and execution of necessary documents for property transactions.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.

Serve as a liaison between clients and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire process.
