Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain Books of Accounts.
Posting Entries in Tally ERP.
Handling Cash and bank Transactions.
Preparation of day to day expenses vouchers.
Handle general ledger and posting entry
Checking bills for reimbursements of employees' expenses within their permissible limits.
Match purchase orders to invoices and process invoices
Raise valid clarifications before posting an invoice
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Managing TDS,PT and other tax payments.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Performing audits, GST and resolving discrepancies.
Note: Candidates with B. Com/ M. Com and hands on experience in Tally and also the immediate joiners will be given preference.
