Languages: English, Egyptian Arabic (both oral and written)
Job Description:
1) Making the Entries After Providing the scan Copies of Invoices against the work ordered.
2) Making GRN Entries in Tally System.
3) Commercial Tax & Local Tax Knowledge
4) Prepare & maintain monthly MIS report
5) Making the Petty Cash & Expenses Bills Entries in Tally System.
6) Making the Consumption entry in tally system.
7) Solving the Queries Regarding the Petty Cash & bills received from Head Office.
8) Creation of Tax Invoices in the absence of Dispatch Executive.
9) Counter Entries of Supplier ledger Confirmations every 3 Months.
10) Maintaining Bank Statement, reconciliation & Cheques Etc.
11) Taking LR Follow ups in absence of Logistic Executive especially on Sunday.
12) Filing of Hard Copy of Documents (GRN, Log sheets & Bills Etc.)
13) Making the Debit Note or Credit Note when Material Return.
14) Export & Import Knowledge
