Account Assistant (1-5 Years)

Job Description:

Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order, Invoices etc.

Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations (BRS)

Ensure timely bank payments

Prepare and submit monthly GST data.

Prepare monthly TDS Challan & quarterly submit TDS data

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guideline

Assist Senior Accountant in auditing works.

Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Qualification & Skills:

Full Time Bachelor degree in Accounting. ( / )

Extra Qualification's like ICWAI ( Inter) , CMA (inter ) is not essential.

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms

Proficient in Tally, MS Office, Advance Excel.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proven Experience as a Junior Accountant.

Minimum 2-3 years of suitable experience preferred.

Posting would be at our Delhi Road Manufacturing Unit near Netaji More, Sheorafulli.

Duty Hours is from 10 am to 7pm.
