Job Description

Accounts Payable: Assist with processing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and making timely payments to vendors.

Bank Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of bank statements with company accounts, resolving discrepancies when necessary.

Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.

Payroll Support: Assist in preparing payroll by gathering employee hours, deductions, and benefits information.

Filing & Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, and accounting records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.

Communication: Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries related to payments, accounts, and financial matters.
